If you check it , Peedy no longer fly all over your screen .
	Use Peedy's Hotkey
	If it checked , you have to speak to Peedy after he speaks over . Or you must use HotKey ( default is "Scroll
	Lock" ) to begin to speak .
	If it not checked , Peedy will stand by and listen to you all the time .
	Show Speak Balloon
	If it checked , it will show a text balloon when Peedy is speaking .
